- The Business and those that support them will break down the work into achievable chunks of work within a fairly consistent range of size and/or complexity.
- The work that is accepted for inclusion in a sprint should be defined and understood well enough to be able to commit to delivery.
- The team should have a good/consistent idea of the relative size of the units of work to be done.
- The team will commit to what they can deliver, and they will deliver it.
- The amount of work that the team delivers will be roughly the same from iteration to iteration.
